To provide relief from vaginal dryness apply Zestica MoistureTM:
- Once a day for 5 days
Then, to maintain relief, reduce application of Zestica MoistureTM to:
- 2 to 3 times per week, as required.

You can use the Zestica MoistureTM applicator morning or night—whatever works best for you.

Sit or lie in a comfortable position, twist off the end tab, and gently insert the applicator into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go.

Squeeze the applicator to release the hydrogel.

Carefully remove the applicator and recycle it.
For use with condoms:
Zestica MoistureTM is compatible with latex and polyurethane condoms. Simply apply Zestica MoistureTM to the outside of the condom prior to intercourse.
CAUTIONS:
Do not use if the end tab is broken off. Vaginal applicators are designed for single use only, reuse may result in infection. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Store between 5-30°C.

HA is a natural, high molecular weight polysaccharide. Its chemical structure is uniform throughout nature, across vertebrates and invertebrates, making it highly biocompatible and non-immunogenic. Ubiquitous HA is present in many tissues (epithelial, connective, neural) and fluids (vaginal, cervical, synovial, aqueous humour), and exhibits unusual physico-chemical characteristics because of its random coil structure, large size, and strong affinity for water.
HA's hydrophilic nature and unique rheological properties allow it to form solutions of high viscosity and elasticity that provide protective, space-filling, shock-absorbing, lubricating and moisturizing functions (maintenance of water balance). The macromolecule serves as a substrate for assembly and stabilization of proteoglycans; promotes cell movement; regulates cell function, differentiation, and development; scavenges free radicals; and participates in wound healing.
